Temple Adas Israel has a host of innovative and exciting learning opportunities. Whether you are a child or adult, new to Jewish learning or a veteran, there is something here for you. 

Hebrew School  

Our Hebrew School is founded on principles of community, spirituality and the hands-on exploration of our 3000-year-old tradition. Serving ages K through Bar/Bat Mitzvah, our program invites children to become actively involved in learning the accumulated wisdom of Jewish tradition through play, art, music and the Hebrew language. Shabbat Torah Study  

Each Shabbat, following morning services, join us for an hour of interactiveand participatory study on a variety of themes. No prior knowledge of Hebrew or Torah is required.  

Adult Jewish Learning  

Our adult education classes range from the practical -- like basic Judaism which introduces participants to the nuts and bolts of Jewish living – to our weekly Torah study with the Rabbi on Shabbat mornings, to other classes that are intellectually challenging, incorporating some of the greatest ideas Judaism has to offer. Speakers  

Throughout the year, guest speakers from varied fields and disciplines enhance our adult education programs by offering lectures and classes on particular themes related to Jewish life. The range of topics include religion, history, the arts, culture, and current events.
